Gluttons unite!

I made up a recipe last night. Well, not really, but I made up the seasonings.

This is what it looked like.

And here is how I did it.

Herbs de Provence Salmon Fillet with dad's famous rosemary potatoes and steamed asparagus.

2 four-ounce boneless salmon fillets
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons herbs de Provence
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Brush salmon with olive oil. Cook on grill. Season with herbs de Provence, salt and white pepper. Squeeze half the lemon juice over the salmon while grilling and the other half after the grilling is done.
Meanwhile you will need...

6 small red potatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon cracked black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

In a large pot of boiling water cook potatoes until just tender, drain well. In a large bowl toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until browned and fragrant. Enjoy!

Steamed Asparagus
This is basically self explanatory. No need to elaborate much.

Do try, and tell me what you think!

This looks amazing! Where did you get the herbs de provence? I've seen many recipes that call for those, but I really don't know where to get them.

Yum! Those potatoes look especially delicious to me. Love it. You're such a chef!
